DOES shop SHAMOYAKELLY ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Yes. But only exchanges. Please read the description and measurements carefully BEFORE purchasing, as we do not accept returns.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS or items purchased during a sale. 

EXCHANGES TAKE up to 3 WEEKS TO PROCESS. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR ALL SHIPPING FEES (RETURNS AND NEW SHIPPING)

ONE EXCHANGE PER PURCHASE 

Notice of exchanges must be done within five days of customer receiving merchandise. Once shipped, we do not accept returns. If we do not receive notice, the item will be returned to you.

If you want to exchange an item that was damaged on arrival, we will gladly exchange the product for something else on our website that is of equal or lesser value. Please make us aware within 5 days of arrival.

If you are wanting to exchange your purchased item, your new selection must be equal or greater value of your original purchase. We do not honor refunds for exchanges. We do not exchange for brand new arrivals.

We require a tracking number on merchandise that is returned and these items must be returned in the same condition that it was received.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are shipped on Monday. If your order is placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday before 11:59pm EST, it will be shipped on the next business day, Monday.  Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking. If for some reason, you have not received an email within the following 6 business days of your order, please check your spam folder and add info@shamoyakelly.comto your safe sender list and/or email us the name and email you ordered under.

Shop ShamoyaKelly US  orders usually deliver in 3-5 business days.

Unfortunately, Shop ShamoyaKelly does not offer international shipping at the moment.

HOW DO I CHECKOUT?

You're able to checkout as a guest using your debit/credit card or ApplePay.

YOU MUST PAY FOR RETURNING SHIPPING CHARGES

All of the information on the whereabouts of your package can be seen by using your tracking number.

The Exchange Process can take up to 2-3 weeks

 

If you would like to cancel an order, please note there is a $5 restocking fee. This will be taken from your cancelled order's original payment.

The majority of our inventory are ONE SIZE FITS MOST pieces. Please see individual listing for variations.
